He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Allen and Mary C. Allen (Thurstin); and his wife Vicky Lynn Meyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Reagan Kamran (Sohail) of Olathe and Morgan Joseph (Anthony) of Emporia; his brother Larry E. Allen of Emporia; and his grandchildren, Lilah Kamran, Zayne Kamran, Jesse R. Joseph and Cassidy R. Joseph.
