He was predeceased by: his siblings, Samuel, Dennis Schiesser and Anita Cavanaugh; his daughters, Joleen Day, Grove and Debra Moser of Allen; and his parents, Sydney LeRoy and Maudeen Etta Schiesser (Sloyer).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ellen (Reaka) of Allen, KS; his children, Kathy Jackson (Larry) of Allen, KS and Jeff Schiesser (Dana) of Benton, KS; and his siblings, Terry Schiesser (Rose) of York, PA and Dianne Mann (Lyle) of Allen, KS. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and twenty-one great grandchildren.
