Blaylock of Emporia, Kansas, born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on July 11, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, V. Clyde Blaylock and Bonnie McClung Blaylock. He is survived by: his wife Joellen Elliott of Blaylock's Restaurant; his sons, Daryl Blaylock (Barbara) of Emporia and Bruce Blaylock (Jayle) of Council Grove; his grandson Andy Blaylock of Council Grove; and his brother Ron Blaylock of Norman, Oklahoma..
