She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael James Welsh and Bernadine Moran Welsh; her children, Vicki and Tony; and her siblings, Mike, Joanne, Don, Phil, Bill and Sheila.
She is survived by: her sister Pat Michels; her sister-in-law Marne Welsh; her children, Connie (Joel Monarch), Mike (Colleen) and Brian (Bill Voss); and her husband George Philbin (Chicago Firefighter).
