Diana V. Davidson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diana V. Davidson of Emporia, Kansas, born in Iola, Kansas, who passed away on January 17, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan M. Settlemyer and Virginia V. Settlemyer (Dickerson); her former husband Roy W. Green; her daughter Margaret G. Spicer; her siblings, Vernon Settlemyer, Gordon Settlemyer, Jean Qualls and Mary Lou Hadley; and her grandchildren, Chad Thomas, Josh Townsend and Heather Hay.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila D. Townsend of Topeka, KS and Allan R. Green of Emporia, KS; her sister Karen S. Allen (Glen); her stepchildren, Brenda Thomson (Andrew), Vinessa Polender (Westley) and Tom Hay (Deborah Collins); her grandchildren, Jason, Jessica, Brandon, Ginger, Thomas, Janet, Nicholas, Barbara, Tiffany, Molly, Meghan and Bradley; her great grandchildren, Harley, Zoey, Chloe, Wilder, Corbin, Brailey, Isaiah, River, Zayden, Braydon, Cayden, Brian, Jose, Thomas, Cody, Bryce, Christian, Ellie, Carol, Aaron, Katherine, Sierra, Skyler, Alyssa, Andrew, Joshua, Oliver, Caleb, Liliana and Liam; and her great great grandchildren, Keith and Aristella. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
A memorial has been established to the Girl Scouts, with contributions sent in care of the funeral home, PO Box #175, Emporia, Kansas 66801.
