He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth House and Caroline Belle House (Winters); his wife Mary; his sons, Lawrence Wayne and David Lee; his brother Bob; and his grandparents, Lazarus, Melinda Jane House (Love), Ferdinand and Emma Winters (Sowers).
He is survived by: his brother Bill; his children, Rod (Jan), Janice Marshall (Steve) and Genise Robinson (John); his sister Donna Davies (House); and his grandchildren, Will House, Heather Brooks, Shannon Sheley (Quentin), Janelle Campbell (Scott), Jill Burgoon (Curtis) and Zach Robinson.
Bud's family requests memorial contributions be gifted to the Humane Society of the Flint Hills and send in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, PO Box 175, Emporia, Kansas 66801.
