He was predeceased by: his parents, Lincoln Johnson and Evelyn Magnuson Johnson; and his brothers, Kenneth Johnson and Glen Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Eric Johnson of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Betsy Zastrow; his son-in-law Nathan; his grandsons, Azuray and Ian Zastrow of Melbourne, Florida; his sister Ione Erickson; his siblings-in-law, Richard of Grantsburg, Wisconsin and Berdella Johnson of Grantsburg; and his caregiver Penny Adams of Emporia, Kansas.. He is also survived by 8 nephews & 3 nieces.
