She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Lanzrath and Delores Lanzrath (Evans); her sisters, Jackie Phillips, Toni Lanzrath, Beth Rantera, Jean Grayson and Ann Tabor; and her niece Jenni Carr.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Todd (Tyler) and Sara Hortenstine; her siblings, Gilbert, Pat, Matt (Marilyn), Daniel (Amy), Joe Lanzrath, Jane Janko and Connie Carr (Bill); and her grandchildren, Hunter Lanzrath and Haley Hortenstine.
A memorial has been established to help with expenses related to her long-term illness and death with contributions sent in care of Roberts-Blue-Barnett Funeral Home, PO Box #175, Emporia, Kansas 66801, which is assisting with arrangements.
