He was predeceased by: his sister Juanita Mejia. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Mejia of Lawrence and Alex Mejia of Bonner Springs; his parents, Philip, Sr. and Carol Mejia; and his siblings, Philip Mejia, Jr., Tony Mejia and Sheila Cook of Marietta.
