He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Hanna and Alberta Ott Hanna; and his wife Doris Ann Hanna. He is survived by: his children, Martin W. (Donna Hanna) of Lawrence, Nanette J. (Terry Westbrook), James C. (Stefanie Hanna) and Ozawkie; his sister Jane Hanna Reeble; and his close friend Mary Lou Wagoner. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to The Emporia Community Foundation – Fund for the Future, Emporia Presbyterian Church, or ESU Foundation – Chuck and Doris Hanna Scholarship Fund.
