It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles R. Hill of Emporia, Kansas, born in Garnett, Kansas, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Albert and Irma Jean Hill (Tush); and his sons, Marty and Carl Hill. He is survived by: his daughter Lise Hill (Amy) of Lake Tapawingo, MO; his daughter-in-law Vanessa Hill (Lisa J. Hill); and his grandchildren, Josh Hill (Dorthy), Morgan Hill (Jeremy), Grant Hill (Ashley) and Zach Hill (Chloe). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Charles R. Hill Theater Scholarship at Emporia State University.
