She is survived by: her husband Larry R. Collins (Emporia); her children, Leigh Ann Collins of Overland Park, Kansas, Gus Collins (Sally) of Rose Hill and Mitchell Collins (Debra) of Blue Springs, Missouri; her siblings, Richard "Dick" Adam of California and Mary Smiley of Emporia, Kansas; her grandchildren, Tara Keele (Brandon) of St. Louis and Brogan Huneke (Levi) of Georgetown, Texas; and her great grandchild Penelope Keele.
