He was predeceased by: his father Burnise Perry, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kay Perry; his children, Joshua Perry, Devan Perry, Anthony Selby, Jessica Serrano, Ashley Pennington (Josh) and Briana Perry; his brother Nick Perry (Susan); and his grandchildren, Zach Serrano, Javier Serrano, Joshua Weidner, Abigail Weidner, Rachael McMillan, Alivia Moore, Harlyn Pennington and Rowyn Pennington.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to be made to Cornerstone Baptist Church.
