Billy Gayle Howell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2024, at the age of 81, Billy Gayle Howell of Emporia, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Howell (Bud) and Mary Howell (Fankhauser); and his siblings, Harold Howell, Monita Westerman, Betty Kenworthy, Ron Howell and Tom Howell.
He is survived by: his wife Jean L Nixon; his daughters, Tava Goetz (Mike) of Lawrence and Holly Howell of Pratt; his grandchildren, Gillan Swindler and Grace Swindler; and his siblings, Mary Ryan of Gold Hill, Sue Bateman (Ed) of Tulsa, Kay Sewell (Mike) of Pratt and Larry Howell (Debbie) of Garden Plain. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
Memorials may be made to the Pratt County 4-H Foundation in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt.
