She is survived by: her sons, Steven W. Neill (Kay), Michael C. Neill (Ronnie), Patrick K. Neill (Kathie) and Richard R. Neill; and her brother James Rhea. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren.
