She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Francis and Marie Fiant (White); her daughter Rebecca Troyer; her grandson Brian Hess; her great grandchild Alison Hess; and her sister Shirlene Tatum.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Schlesener (Ron) of Emporia, KS and Bill Delfs (Lori) of Loveland, CO; her son-in-law Gary Troyer; her sisters, Kay Elliot of Salina, KS, Linda Schoenhofer (John) of Erie, KS and Kathy Turnquist (Larry) of Salina, KS; her grandchildren, Eric Hess, Tracy Barber, Christy Moore, Jonathan Schlesener, Brady Delfs and Dustin Delfs; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Casey, Isaac Moore, Bailey, Damon Schlesener, Drew, Bree, Caitlyn and Lowen Delfs.
A memorial has been established to the Friends of the Emporia Animal Shelter with contributions sent in care of the funeral home, PO Box #175, Emporia, KS 66801.
