He is survived by: his former wife Joyce G. Leiss; his children, Dan Green (Kathleen) of Arvada, CO, Mark Green (Stacy) of Garden City, KS, Scott Green (Lori) of Moundridge, KS and Cindy Sparks (Ted) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Shealyn Crocombe (Kevin), Trevor Green, Sam Sparks (Whitney), Shane Sparks (Jamie), Sarah Sparks, Olivia Green, Aaron Green and Emma Green; and his great grandchildren, Kai Crocombe, Thomas Sparks and William Queen.
