He was predeceased by: his father Robert Wayne. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Cunningham (Snodgrass) of Emporia; his former wife Deborah Lenoch; his wife Silvia Del Carmen Vivas; his daughters, Litzy Ivanni Vivas of Emporia, Ruby Saul of England and Ariani Vivas of Belize; his sister Lynne Tolbert of Derby, KS; and his grandchildren, Aaliyah Vivas, Winter Saul and Tito Martinez.
