She was predeceased by: her parents, James J. Rathke and Betty E. Rathke; her brother Ron Rathke of Emporia; and her stepson Todd Moyer of Emporia, Kansas.. She is survived by: her husband Edward Blaine Moyer; her children, Justin Nelson (Christine) of Merriam, Kansas and Dede Thomas of Emporia, Kansas; her siblings, Kathy Putnam (Larry) and Jim Rathke (Deb); and her stepchildren, Jim Moyer of Olpe and Deb Besack (Hank) of Lebo, Kansas. She is also survived by 4 granddaughters.
