She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Ned" Arthur and Ruth Alexander (Abbey); and her sister Ada Bethene Lord. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth A. Dean, Jr.; her children, Kenneth Allen Dean, III, Larry Brent Dean (Mirella), Jane Marie Nichols (Robert Nichols), Paul Edward Dean (Kristan) and Neil Anthony Dean; her grandchildren, Victoria Smith (Dylan), Sierra Williams (Kolby), Emma Swanda (Ethan Ellis), Rachel Schaefer (David), Octavian Dean and Tryphena Dean; and her great grandchildren, Wrenlee Williams and Rhett Smith. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
