He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Newton and Mary Louise Parker Newton; his wife Freda Ingram; and his stepbrother Don Conway. He is survived by: his stepson Howard Ingram of Summerville; his brother Gary Saffer of Pierce City, Missouri; his stepbrother Thomas Conway of Overland Park; and his sister Carol House of Greenfield, Missouri. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
