We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2018, at the age of 89, Phil Phillips (Elwood, Kansas), born in Stanberry, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his son Randy Phillips (Tammy); his adoptive son James Phillips (Morna); his grandchildren, Randal, Jr. (Jennifer), Brad (Whitney), Julia (Collin), Trisha and Nicole; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Jude and Ethan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
