He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Carlisle and Helen Carlisle; his brothers, Ronnie and Philip; and his grandson Cooper Christian Carlisle.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Conard; his children, Shelby, Chad and Shay; his children-in-law, Randy Willis, Ginger Brown and Heath Stewart; and also, Kayleigh Rausch and Jorden Davis.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hatfield-Prusa Funeral Home (206 N Philadelphia Ave, Coldwater, KS 67029). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (104 E Cottonwood St, Coldwater, KS 67029).
