He is survived by: his wife Fern Nienke of Ellsworth; his sons, Roger Schultz of Ellsworth and Rob Schultz (Keith Haskamp) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Melissa Vongphakdy (Long) and Andy Schultz (Lynsey); his great grandchildren, Jazlynn, Owen Schultz, Vincent and Donovan Vongphakdy; and his siblings, Donald Schultz (Pat) of Topeka, KS and Gloria Krob of Fort Collins, CO..
