He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Schultz and Madonna Schultz (Lyne); his wife Diann Lynn Kubick; and his sisters, Darlene Schultz and Lois Warren.
He is survived by: his sister Dianne Schultz of Ellsworth; his nephew Dale Warren of Ellsworth; and his niece Pamela Ames of Anacoco, LA. He is also survived by great nephew; two great nieces; one great-great nephew; and many cousins.
