He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Prochaska and Doris Prochaska (Hamilton); his sister Blanche Bartlett; and his granddaughter D. J. Prochaska. He is survived by: his wife Janice Lyne of Ellsworth; his son Robert Prochaska (Sara) of Ellsworth; his granddaughter Cassie; and his sister Jolene Schultz of Kanopolis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
