He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel "Pete" Janssen and Marian Janssen (Craig); his siblings, Arlo Janssen and Rachel Janssen; his nieces, Shaunna Fox, Stephanie Brownlee and Tamra Boeken; his brothers-in-law, Duane Walker and Donald Walker; and his son-in-law Jeff Pratt.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Janssen; his daughter Stacey Janssen; his grandchildren, Charles, Ellyn and Andrew Gunya; his daughter Jacque Mingle (Steve); his grandchildren, Atom and Dinah Mingle; his daughter Patricia Pratt; his grandchildren, Henry and Stella Pratt; his son Ben Janssen (Anisha); his grandchildren, Elliott and Sophie Janssen; his daughter Elizabeth Perkins (Dustin); his grandchildren, Cassandra, William Duncan, Annabelle and Jane Perkins; and his sisters, Arva Jo Walker and Joyce Janssen.
