We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2024, at the age of 87, Mason Dean May of Ellsworth, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Wardie May and Alpha May (Hillman); his former life partner Margaret May; and his brother Gene May. He is survived by : his wife Lesta May of Ellsworth; his children, Nancy Hoffman (Greg) of Ellsworth, Stacy Swan (Jeff) of Kansas City, MO, Amy Pitcher (Camron) of Corona, CA and Ronald May of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Patrick Hoffman (Gin), Samantha Brannan (Kevin), Tim Hoffman (Leonie), Tye Soukup (Sadie), Larissa May, Camron Pitcher, Jr., Calvin Pitcher and Kiara Pitcher; his stepdaughter Susan Robson (Kelly) of Marion, KS; his stepgrandchildren, Bailey Edmondson (Jonathan) and Zachary Robson (Ellie); and his siblings, Jerry May (Patricia) of Wichita, KS and Janice Powell (Dwight) of Salina, KS.. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home of Ellsworth (307 N Lincoln Ave, Ellsworth, KS 67439). A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ellsworth Methodist Church (322 N Douglas Ave, Ellsworth, KS 67439).
