She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Stephen and Alice Stephen (O'Neal). She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Troy Toman (Pamela) and Tammara Seeger (Matthew); her grandchildren, Grace, Will, Thomas and Christopher; and her sister Jean Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, grand nieces and nephews, and a loving extended family.
