He is survived by: his wife Carrie Dolven of Ellsworth, Kansas; his children, Mable Walker (Larry) of Ellsworth, Kansas, Sean Dolven of Camdenton and Ian Dolven of Lawrenceville, Georgia; his sisters, Petra Dennis of Albuquerque, Patti Baker (Dennis) of Tuolumne, California, Peggy Contreraz (Billy) of Billings, Montana, Terry Holman (Jerry) of Thomasboro and Kathy Scheet of Rushville, Illinois; his granddaughter Brittni Leiker (Jamie); and his great grandchild Michael Dawson.
