He was predeceased by: his father Charlie "Choc" Perkins; his wife Jan Perkins; his son Jerry Grant Perkins; and his brother Charles Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Elda Perkins (Janzen) of Geneseo; his children, Kimberly Travnichek (Joe) of Lorraine and Dustin Perkins (Elizabeth) of Lorraine; his grandchildren, Wyatt (Kennedy), Kash, Shylo Travnichek, Annabelle, Jane, Luke Perkins, Cassie and Billy Duncan; his great grandchildren, Becca Stratmann, Brody, Paisley, Mayvie, Watson and Emery; and his sister Cindy Perkins-Wereley (Brian) of San Antonio, TX..
