It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Fern Ranker of Ellsworth, Kansas, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wachs, Sr. and Minnie Wachs (Haase); her husband Dorsey "Duke" Ranker; her sister Mona Peterman; and her brothers-in-law, Clarence Peterman and Vernon Bednasek.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Jackson (Jack) of Jackson, NJ, Virgil Ranker (Connie) of Ellsworth, Dwayne Ranker (Geri) of Ellsworth and Eugene Ranker of Ellsworth; and her siblings, Alice Bednasek of Holyrood, KS, Nancy Wachs of Ellsworth and Bill Wachs, Jr. of Ellsworth. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
