He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Jerry" Warren and Lois Ann Warren (Schultz); his grandparents, Alfred and Madonna Schultz; his uncle Wayne; and his aunts, Diann Schultz of Ellsworth and Darlene Schultz.
He is survived by: his son Cole Warren (Karlee) of Marthaville, LA; his stepdaughter Samantha Warren of Texas; and his sister Pam Ames of Anacoco, LA.
