He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vondra and Mary Vondra (Svara); his wife Gloria Milbradt; his brothers, Fred and Frank Vondra; his nephew Steve Vondra; and his great-nephew Ryan Vondra.
He is survived by: his children, Tami McGreevy (Kyle) of Ellsworth and Ted Vondra of Salina; his grandchildren, Kyli McGreevy of Ellsworth and Jace McGreevy (Danielle) of Lorraine; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Josi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
