He is survived by: his children, Rebecca of Lorraine, AJ James of Lorraine, Kaitie Cummings of Lorraine, Zack Lee of Lorraine and Buck Melvin Cummings, III of Lorraine; his grandchildren, Kylan Stevens, Kynlee Stevens and Karter Miller; his siblings, Dee Cummings of Tulsa, OK, Joseph Cummings of Bartlesville, OK and Jennifer Cummings of Tulsa, OK; and his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Kight, Jaryrd Nguyen, Josh Cummings, Devan Kight and Tristan Cummings.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Lorraine City Building (238 N Main St, Lorraine, KS 67459).
