She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, George Choitz and George McCormick. She is survived by: her parents, Dean Choitz and Sandra Choitz (Cockroft) of Ellsworth; her husband Joseph Helvey of Ellsworth, KS; her brother Ethan Choitz (Amanda) of Concordia, KS; her nieces and nephews, Cayden, Reagyn and Rhett; and her grandmother Dorothy Choitz of Ellsworth. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
