It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicki Hallagin (Ellis, Kansas), born in Belleville, Kansas, who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Harlan and Betty Kopsa; her children, Betty, Eldon Evert and Vicki; her husband Ronald of Ellis; her daughter-in-law Mary Hallagin of Hays; her children, Tyler, Tanner Hallagin of Hays, Brianna Hargis (Tom) of Olathe, Kansas, Trenton Hallagin (Deanna) of Silt, Cortney Hallagin of Littleton, Colorado, Teyton, Talon (Trystan Hallagin), Trevor (Tammy Hallagin) and Kristi Wood (Joe) of Kansas City, Kansas; her great grandchildren, Lillian Wood of Kansas City and Addison Hargis of Olathe, Kansas; her siblings, Lorraine Evert, Carl Hoskins of Parsons, Kansas, Randy, Betsy Evert, Ron Evert of Belleville, Kansas, Tommy, Patsy Harlan of Spring Branch, Texas, Meridi Holmstrom (Harlan) of Sugar Land, Texas, Pamela Creel (Harlan), Mike and Sue Harlan of Houston, Texas; her uncles, Bob (Phyllis Kopsa) and Don (Elaine Kopsa); her aunt Darlene Jensen of Courtland; and her son Troy D. Hallagin. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
