With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roma Sessin of Ellis, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest J. King and Margaret King (Schaus); her grandmother Roma; her husband Preceding; her sons, Scott and Kirk Sessin; her brother Stanley Arthur King; her nephew Ernie Ray King; and her niece Betsy Ann King.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Rachel Wynn (Tim) of Leavenworth; her great grandchildren, Zane and Scarlett; her granddaughter Melissa Mulvaney of Lansing; her great grandchildren, Lily, Olivia, Adrian and Ayona; her granddaughter Sarah Sessin of Manhattan; her great grandchildren, Cedric, Naomi and Evanna; her granddaughter Nicolette Schmidt (Jacob) of Lenexa; her daughter Sadie; her brother Milton King (Connie) of Ellis; and her great-nephew Maysin Hess.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church or the Shepherds Center of Topeka, reflecting Roma's enduring spirit of giving and community.
