He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Hickey (Dave) of Ellis, KS and Sonya Gottschalk (Bryan) of Ellis, KS; his brother Larry of Kingman, KS; and his grandchildren, Shelby Herl (Aaron) of Hays, KS, Sidney Carpenter (Lane) of Overland Park, KS and Cody Hickey of San Diego, CA..
