He was predeceased by: his son Dave Dinkel; and his brothers, Markus, Marvin, Allen, Kenneth and Verlin Dinkel of Henderson, NV.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Schoenthaler of Ellis; his sons, Dan Dinkel (Stephanie Desjarlais) of Derby, Don Dinkel (Jan) of Columbia, SC and Daryl Dinkel (Corinne) of Mack, CO; his siblings, LeRoy Dinkel (Helen) of Lakewood, CO, Larry Dinkel of Ellis, Patrick Dinkel (Doris) of Broomfield, CO, Paul Dinkel of Stilwell, OK, Mary Ann Legleiter of Hays, Florence Honas of Chanute and Bernice Klaus (Kenneth) of Salina; and his grandchildren, Trent and Kayla Dinkel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family requests no flowers or plants and suggests memorials to St. Mary's Catholic Church or to St. Mary's School.
