She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Augustine of Ellis; her children, Gregory Augustine (Pamela) of Ellis, Gordon Augustine (Geri) of Ellis, Wayne Augustine (Lori) of Glen Elder, Kansas, Elaine Weber of WaKeeney, Deborah LaBarge (Martin) of Ellis, Sandy Waldschmidt (Pete) of Ellis and Brenda Hutchison (Terry) of Hays; her siblings, Jerry Ptaschek (Marian) of Ellis, Bernie Ptaschek (Roberta) of Florida and Glenda Merkle of Meade, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Adam Augustine (Gianna), Staci Hauschild, Wendy Waterson (David), Bill Weber Jr. (Tiffany), Mike Weber (Christine), Jason Weber, Kim Schmidtberger (Corey), Marty LaBarge (Rhonda), Matthew LaBarge (Alaina), Chris LaBarge (Jana), Jenny Schartz (Jake), Justin LaBarge (Rachel), Mindy Hazen (Justin), P. J. Waldschmidt, Valerie Andrews (Geoff), Cassie Jo Waldschmidt, Tyson Hutchison (Liz), Becky Doehling (Ryan), Dustin Hutchison, Brady Hutchison, Bethany Thompson (Jason), Josh Augustine (Rachel), Nathan Augustine, Mike Browning, Ryan Augustine (Marleah), Bradley Augustine, Allen Augustine, Kadon Augustine, Andrew Clark (Kelsey), Lesli Thomas (Cole), Austin Clark (Cheyanne) and Alex Clark (Brooke).
