He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldo Oliver and Lucille Marie Garver Joy; and his siblings, Allen Joy and Lois Bush. He is survived by: his former wife Loretta Monteleone; his wife Marcella Birzer; and his daughters, Lisa Joy (Chad Perrin) of Loveland, CO and Allison Joy of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
