With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Diane Whitmer of Ellinwood, Kansas, born in Bunker Hill, Kansas, who passed away on October 20, 2022 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen Diane Whitmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ehrlich and Ruth LaVera Ehrlich (Deines); and her husband George M. Whitmer. She is survived by: her children, Amy Whitmer (Kim Schuetz) of Topeka, Jeff Whitmer (Pam) of Osage City and Joel Whitmer (Susan) of Gardner; her siblings, Marlene Longnecker of Mulvane, Randy Ehrlich (Carol) of Bunker Hill and Jim Ehrlich of Russell; and her grandchildren, Kevin, Nicholas and Ally Whitmer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
