He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Manning and Inez Manning; his wife Goldie Faye Manning (Hamby); his children, Carla Herl and Curtis Dean Manning; and his siblings, Imogene Hembree, Marjorie Thompson, Beaulah, Ester Manning, Eugene Manning, Lee Manning, Clifford Manning and Glen Manning.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Manning and Greg Manning (Arlene) of Ellinwood; and his brother Norman Manning (Marilyn).
