We bid farewell to Dale Martin Knop of Ellinwood, Kansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 29, 2024 at the age of 83. Dale touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Knop (C. J.) and Georgia Allene Knop (Bailey); and his brother Gene C. Knop. He is survived by: his wife Paula Knop; and his children, Mark Knop (Christine), John Knop, Christopher Knop (Jennifer), Kara Mills (Brady) of Colorado Springs, CO, Kathy Steiner (Cary), Lisa Circle (Mark), Audra Richardson (Shawn) and Julie Oberle (Colt). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Minnis Chapel (113 N Main St, Ellinwood, KS 67526). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (512 N Wilhelm Ave, Ellinwood, KS 67526).
