It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol I. Scheufler of Ellinwood, Kansas, who passed away on December 23, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H. Schmidt and Alice B Hoadley Schmidt; her spouse Gene C. Scheufler; her siblings, Maxine L. Riemann, LaThayne Schmidt, Elenora Schmidt, Anita Holden, Edna Jenisch and Gerald Schmidt; and her nephew Jim Riemann (Bob Jenisch).
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Nancy Jenisch, Linda Siefkes (Dennis), Nancy Riemann, Jerry Riemann (Joan) and Melvin Riemann.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Ellinwood Community Church (701 N Fritz Ave, Ellinwood, KS 67526).
