He was predeceased by: his father Warren C. Sr. Bowker; his daughters, Taren Careyn Hicks and Amalia Sherie Bowker; and his brother Jan Bowker. He is survived by: his mother Rosie Ester Bowker (Tittel) of Austin, TX.; his wife Tracie Bowker of Richfield, KS.; his brother Shaun Bowker (Debbie) of Rolla, KS.; his granddaughters, Sharmin Ranea Hicks and Ashlyn McKenna Hicks of Elkhart, KS.; his son-in-law Walter Hicks of Elkhart, KS.; his great grandchild Stephen James Keith of Elkhart, KS.; and his nieces and nephews, Shane Bowker, Shauna Knight (Walter), Shannon Bowker, Geoffrey Beasley (Dawn), Gerod Beasley, Giakob Beasley and Gene Hegwood (Theran). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established for Christ Lutheran Church of Elkhart.
