She was predeceased by: her parents, Dugan O'Halloran and Ann Marie O'Halloran (Stebens); her great grandchild Skylar Mendoza; her daughter Barbara Mendoza (Blas) of Elkhart, Kansas; her sister Barbara Stinemetz (Clayton) of Great Bend, Kansas; and her grandchildren, Luis Mendoza, Cheyanne Mendoza, Maritza Mendoza, Tomas Mendoza, Gabriel Stroud, Gage Stroud and Greddy Stroud.

Memorial contributions may be made to charity of choice in Tommie's name.
