She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Roy, Marjorie Moore, Jack and Lane Guymon. She is survived by: her parents, Dewey Moore and Cindy Moore (Guymon); her husband James Allen Thomas; her daughters, Katie Lynn and Katie Thomas of Morrison, Oklahoma; her brothers, Cason Wade Moore of Chicago, Cory Cade Moore of Keyes and Taylor Loren Moore of Keyes; and her nephew Hunter Loren Moore of Keyes. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
