He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Shirley A. Winner (Howe); and his stepdaughter Savannah Rose McCarty. He is survived by: his wife Rose Ann Milburn; his children, Michael Winner and Rachel Herrera; his siblings, Mary Randall, Timothy, Mark and David Winner; and his stepdaughters, Sky Ann McCarty and Jackie Leon McCarty. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
